Key responsibilities
It is a production unit, designed for the milling of wheat for the processing of wheat flour,
with the maximum daily capacity of 100 Ton / day.
- The job of the mill operator will be to look after the production process of the mill
and to maintain all machines.
- To make sure all breakdowns are sorted swiftly and ensure the entire process is
working swiftly at the highest efficiency and minimize downtime.
- To ensure the production does not stop and a high quality of flour is maintained
throughout the milling process.
- To sort out all engineering works required at the company to the best of your ability to
ensure machines are running to the best of their ability.
- Perform mill repairs and routine maintenance where needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the MD.
