Key responsibilities
Fabrication welding Ac/Dc arc welding
Chassis welding.
Welding of automobiles parts like chassis body, bonnet, and frame etc.
Fillet welding in structure ribs, backers, and bracing etc.
Welding of automobiles parts like chassis body, bonnet, and frame etc.
Groove welding in low, medium and high pressure pipes.
Welding in reducer, tee, flange, elbow and blank etc in different dia, where ultrasonic test is required.
Re-weld deducted repairs.
Groove welding spiral seamless carbon steel, low carbon steel pipes etc.
Tack welding in any position for fitting welding in all position like, 2g, 3g, 4g, & Arc Welder (I have also worked grill work, shop shutter etc with Structure welding.)
Safety is the responsibility of every employee while working individually and collectively.
Desired candidate profile
Welding exposure of arc welding with different joint for example lab joint, butt join T joint
Grinding glossing and drilling etc.
Welding In channel, angle, beam etc.
Knowledge and operation both arc welding machine.
Fillet welding in structure ribs, backers, and bracing etc.
