Job Purpose:
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations
of the food warehouse, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role
requires strong supervisory and leadership skills, along with expertise in Excel, and
knowledge of automated supply accounting systems, policies and procedures,
receiving, storage and dispatch practices, and proper accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
 Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving,
storage, and dispatching of goods.
 Ensure timely delivery of products to restaurants, while maintaining accurate records of
all transactions.
 Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes and increase
efficiency.
 Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
 Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
 Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including the Operations Manager
and other department heads.
 Provide regular reports on warehouse operations to management.

Qualifications:
 Minimum 4 years’ experience managing a food warehouse.
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
 Proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and
Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Advanced Excel and Word programs.
 Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
 Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
