Role Overview:

The Vehicle Maintenance & Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s fleet operations and ensuring effective maintenance of all plant and logistics-related vehicles. The candidate must have prior experience in water or beer manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee complete fleet management for plant and distribution vehicles

Plan and monitor preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules

Ensure vehicle uptime and operational efficiency

Manage fuel consumption, spare parts inventory, and maintenance budgets

Supervise drivers, mechanics, and logistics staff

Ensure compliance with safety, transport, and regulatory standards

Coordinate dispatch planning to support production and distribution

Monitor vehicle tracking systems and optimize route efficiency

Maintain service records and performance reports

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Automobile / Logistics or related field

Proven experience in water or beer manufacturing industry (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance & plant logistics operations

Experience handling distribution vehicles (trucks, tankers, delivery fleet)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Age below 40 years
