Key Responsibilities

• Academic Support: Teach Science and Math in a simple, joyful way that helps every child learn at their own space from 5th to 10th grade.
• Emotional & Social Growth: Create a safe and caring space where children feel heard, respected, and encouraged to express themselves.
• Confidence Building: Conduct fun activities such as role plays, group games, and discussions to develop communication and leadership skills.
• Personalized Learning: Pay close attention to each child’s learning needs and support them with care and patience.
• Creative Learning: Use stories, games, and real-life examples to make lessons engaging and meaningful.
• Inclusive Environment: Promote kindness, respect for all, and unity in a diverse classroom setting.
• Family & Community Engagement: Build trusting relationships with parents and caregivers to support each child’s overall well-being.
• Professional Learning: Stay open to learning and sharing with fellow educators to continuously grow in your role.
• Teacher should be willing to travel to different centres
• Any other tasks assigned by the organization

What We’re Looking ForMinimum qualifications requirement- Bed. In Math or Science, MSC and Med in Math or science are preferableA heart for working with children from under-resourced communitiesSensitivity and empathy toward each child’s background and needsExperience in teaching or tutoring English and Math (Montessori or other teaching qualifications preferred)Ability to teach through stories, activities, and interactive methodsFluency in English is mandatoryOpenness to working in community settings with flexible hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM)
