WHAT YOU’LL DO / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create illustrations and designs for Uprise web and mobile app products
• Maintain and update Uprise design system
• Ensure visual and brand consistency across all channels
• Create Sales & Marketing collaterals when needed (Advertisements, Flyers, Brochures

and/or Presentations)

• Understand product specifications and user/client mindset, decision factors, and buying

process

• Plan and design the information architecture for the website and app (What information

should go where? Which elements are more important and should be given priority?)

• Find creative ways to solve UX, user and business problems
• Be the user’s voice in decision making

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer
• Advanced design and layout skills including but not limited to composition, color and

typography

• Proficiency in Sketch/Figma/FramerX/Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
• Strong understanding of interaction design and information architecture’s best

practices

• Excellent communication skills
• A user-centric mindset, attention to details, and problem-solving aptitude and

curiosity
Good-to-Have / Highly Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of the challenges/limitations of web development
