Responsible for review design for all TV electrical systems and subsystems.

· Responsible for teaching and coaching Electrical Development team to review design for all TV electrical systems and subsystems.

· Responsible for circuit design and simulation for SOC " System on Chip "circuit diagram, Power circuit design, Keypad circuit, Audio system (circuit and speaker), receiving system circuit, LAN circuit design and TCON circuit integration with Main Board.

· Responsible for teaching and coaching Electrical Development team to circuit design and simulation for SOC " System on Chip "circuit diagram, Power circuit design, Keypad circuit, Audio system (circuit and speaker), receiving system circuit, LAN circuit design and TCON circuit integration with Main Board.

· Responsible for review design of PCB “Printed Circuit Board" including Schematic, Layout and Thermal simulation.

· Responsible for teaching and coaching Electrical Development team to review design of PCB “Printed Circuit Board" including Schematic, Layout and Thermal simulation.

· Responsible for design of PCB “Printed Circuit Board" including Schematic, Layout and Thermal simulation.

· Responsible for teaching and coaching Electrical Development team to design PCB “Printed Circuit Board" including Schematic, Layout and Thermal simulation.

· Responsible for design Wire Cable, LED driver and Panel module.

· Responsible for teaching and coaching Electrical Development team to design Wire Cable, LED driver and Panel module

· Responsible for review design WIFI module specs and other electrical parts.

· Responsible for teaching and coaching Electrical Development team to review design of WIFI module specs and other electrical parts.

· Support Value Engineering and Value Added activities including cost down and after sales issues analysis and solving issues

· Support for Reverse engineering activities including new technologies in Backlight system, Audio, Picture Quality and other TV system and subsystems.

Job Requirements:

• 10+ years of PCB and electric circuit design experience in the TV business.

• IPC Certification of CID/CID+ is strongly preferred

• Experience with high density layout and multilayer boards, controlled impedance traces, RF transmission lines, etched antennas, grounding techniques, high speed digital, power supplies, etc.

• Experienced with the circuit design implementations of various electronic components such as SoC’s, analog and digital filters, logic gates, flash memory, SRAM, OP‐AMPS, programmable logic devices, Audio amplifiers, etc.

• Experience designing complex analog and digital circuitry utilizing state of the art technology.

• Familiarity with compliance standards relating to safety, EMC and environmental requirements.

• Using Tools : power PCB , P-Cad , Orcad , Altium ,Polar si9000 , or similar.
