Key responsibilities
The mechanical maintainer should have a very good experience.
Capable to lead a team of at least 30 Persons on site.
He should be able to anticipate the order the Truck Consumables and necessary tools for the maintenance.
Should be capable to do Truck Status reporting after maintenance. (Daily or weekly reporting to administration or responsible).
Weekly or monthly team planning.
Drivers sensibilization, training and responsibilities
Desired candidate profile
Capable to give instruction and be understood,
Always on task follow, and supervision on field
Spot the good elements, and if necessary do training for new mechanicians and develop knowledge.
