 Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation rules.
 Schedule daily and weekly driver’s routes.
 Follow up of Vehicle passing with KR garage.
 Follow up of Traffic and other fines of company vehicles related to ROP.
 Keep organized records of vehicles and schedules of drivers.
 Monitor and report on transportation costs
 Ensure transportation documents are properly filled & signed.
 Report maintenance and repair needs for transportation vehicles, heavy
equipment and tools & plants.
 Arranging repairs and routine maintenance of transportation vehicles,
 Arranging Trailer, Excavator, Crane, JCB on rent as per site requirement
 Directing activities related to dispatching, routing, and tracking of materials to
various sites from Main Store.
 Planning, organizing, and managing with site team regarding basic maintenance
of vehicles & Machineries like Tyre, Spare parts, etc.
 Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of
products.
 Conduct regular safety audits on machinery & heavy equipment.
 Organize training sessions for employees (e.g. proper use of machines and
handling of hazardous material)
 Stay up-to-date with safety regulations

 Should have a basic knowledge of the construction company plant and
machinery & equipment.
