inimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in transformer coil winding for distribution and/or power transformers, preferably across multiple voltage classes (11kV–132kV or higher). Experience in both copper and aluminium winding techniques is preferred.

Specific Project Exposure:

Candidates should have:-

· Proven track record in manufacturing, repairing, or refurbishing transformers in a factory environment.

· Exposure to layer winding, disc winding, and helical winding processes.

· Familiarity with both core-type and shell-type transformer designs.

· Experience working to international standards (IEC / IS / ANSI) and meeting tight quality control requirements.

· Participation in medium- to large-scale transformer projects (≥10 MVA) is advantageous.

· Transformer winding specialist, with understanding of the complete architecture and production process of transformers, including production and factory management skills

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant trade certification in coil/transformer winding from a recognised institute.

• Preferred: Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Candidates must have formal training in transformer winding processes and safety practices.
