Key responsibilities
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
● Instruct company customers using A training content
● Maintain knowledge of all training Content provided to customers
● Must be able to develop training content including scripts, video
storyboards, project examples and independently create technical
video series
● Collaborate with internal departments for new product features and
development
● Provide mentorship for internal and external trainers
● Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Preferred experience with company products, experience with Audacity,
and OBS, and CID certification
Desired candidate profile
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Preferred experience with products, experience with Audacity,
and OBS, and CID certification
- Preferred 2+ years previous experience as a Technical trainer both face
to face and live web based training
- Fluent in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred 5 years of industrial experience
- Candidate must live in or near Bangalore
