KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strong communication and client-facing skills with an expectation of speaking with clients daily
Identify resource needs, major risks with mitigation plans, and surfaces issues both internally and externally
Own and be responsible for process implementation, meeting financial performance targets around revenue and margin, hitting utilization targets and effectively manage levers like on-site/offshore and tier-mix, and ensure strong delivery metrics and SLA’s are being met within assigned projects
Work collaboratively with development staff and support staff to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities and to ensure that all communications between Temenos and its stakeholders are precise.

Identify gaps and remove impediments where necessary with the ability to creatively problem solve and think outside the box

Confidence in speaking with and reporting to VP &SVP level stakeholders

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
3+ years’ experience in direct software delivery Project Management of both small and large scale, multi-disciplinary projects
Fintech or banking experience, in an external, client facing role is preferred, but not required
Familiarity with hybrid software delivery methodology of both Waterfall and Agile, trending towards Agile
Experience managing mobile application and responsive web development
Experience in custom development beyond configurations of established products preferred
Working experience in a hands-on operational role within a services/agency organization
Intermediate understanding of JIRA and Confluence with the ability to monitor projects and create dashboard for reporting
Prior experience working in engagements with globally dispersed teams
Strong Project Management track record delivering on client projects on time and above expectations
Able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders that are geographically dispersed
Certified Scrum Master a plus
Ability to travel up to 30%
Ability to support off hours and weekend work as required
