FUNCTIONS
 Maintenance and repair of laser and waterjet cutting machines. (Technical Assistance
Service).
 Installation, commissioning and optimization of laser and waterjet cutting machines.
 System optimization and individual improvements.
 Provide high quality service to customers through first class communication and
support.
 Provide market information to identify new opportunities.
 Identify opportunities to add value to customer through complementary TCI Cutting
products, solutions and services.

REQUIREMENTS
 Minimum education: Advanced Vocational Training (Professional Model II) in electricity,
electronics, mechatronics or similar.
 Minimum experience: 2 years of work experience in industrial environment.
 Required languages: English. Very valuable Spanish and French
 Minimum requirements:

• Depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery will be valued.
• Proactivity, initiative and teamwork.
• Knowledge of computer science as user level.
• Communication skills for dealing with clients.
• Driving licence required.
• Available to travel for at least 80% of the time.

OTHERS
 Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.30 h to 18.00 h. (except when traveling)
 Remuneration according to candidate.
 Job includes overtime payment.
