Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Junior Engineer with a background in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in Technical Support or Quality Control specifically within the Automotive Spares or Automotive Industry. This role involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring product quality, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving technical issues related to automotive spares or products.
Offer guidance on product installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Quality Control:

Perform inspections and quality checks on automotive spare parts or products to ensure they meet industry standards and company specifications.
Identify and report defects or non-conformities and work with the quality team to implement corrective actions.
Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our automotive products and their applications.
Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and technical advancements.
Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and technical support interactions.
Prepare reports summarizing product quality and customer support activities.
Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers to gather feedback on product performance and usability.
Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering and quality teams to address customer concerns.
Continuous Improvement:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for product improvement or cost reduction.
Contribute to product development and enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Technical Support or Quality Control within the Automotive Spares or Automotive Industry.
Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools.
