Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager or R&D Manager with approximately 10 years of experience in powder coating manufacturing. The ideal candidate will lead our technical team, drive product innovation, and ensure the highest quality standards in our powder coating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the development and improvement of powder coating formulations and processes.
Lead R&D projects from conception to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with market needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and sales, to drive technical initiatives.
Conduct research to identify new technologies and trends in powder coating manufacturing.
Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to coatings and processes.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to powder coatings.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to management and clients.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in powder coating manufacturing or a related industry.
Strong knowledge of powder coating formulations, application techniques, and curing processes.
Proven track record of managing R&D projects and leading technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
