Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities

1. Scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance and prioritize machine critical problem

1. Repair, Adjust & maintenance of machine

1. Keep machine maintenance record as for ISO 22000-2005 and spare parts monitoring purposes

1. Make some machine modification for continues and smooth running

1. Automation components repair and replace

1. Give progress report of job order

1. Trouble shoot input output plc wired

1. Provide continuous training for technical and production team and give support at any time

1. Operates controls and adjust equipment to generate energy.

1. Monitors controls and switch board gauges to determine if energy distribution meets specifications.

1. Continuously monitors various gauges at specified times to assess operating condition, records operational data to include equipment temperatures, pressures, hours of operation, water levels, water consumption, and electrical production and usage.
