We are looking for an experienced Tech Leader to create comprehensive solution plans and to
assume a technical lead position over a newly forming Agile Scrum development team.
You should be an expert problem solver with a strong understanding of the broad range of
software technologies and platforms.

Responsibilities

● Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements.
● Creating high-level product specifications and design documents.
● Providing the engineering team with architectural blueprints to follow.
● Troubleshooting and resolving issues with coding or design.
● Updating software solutions as required.
● Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.
● Oversee progress of the development team to ensure consistency with initial design.
● Own and maintain the architecture document.
● Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security and scalability.
● Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding
standards.
● Identify the appropriate software architecture for both server-side and client-side
solutions to achieve the proposed requirement.
● Understand the big picture and the various use cases involved while crafting the solution
and document them in Unified Modeling Language (UML).

Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science.
• 5+ years extensive experience in software development and project management.
• Strong architecture and design experience on large scale, distributed systems

• 4+ years experience with MEAN/MEARN Stack (AngularJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS,

ReactJS, MongoDB).

• Experience in development of mobile applications
• Experience with real time web/mobile application(RTA)
• Solid understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
