Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader (TL) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of associates, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.

3 to 5 years of experience
Graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Team Leader or in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and team management software.
