Key responsibilities
Manage, organise and control the production process and staff.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering (or any related Engineering field)
7-10 years proven experience and deep knwoledge in Gypsum board production industry (or similar production industry like: Ceramics).
Experience in reporting on key production metrics
Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
Knowledge of MS Office.
Outstanding communication ability
High organizational and leaderships skills
certificate in business administration or relevant field will be a bonus.
