Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee subcontractor activities and performance to ensure compliance with project requirements and timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
Coordinate and communicate project details and requirements with subcontractors.
Negotiate and finalize subcontract agreements, ensuring alignment with project specifications and company policies.
Monitor and evaluate subcontractor work progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and present regular reports on subcontractor performance and project status to senior management.
Ensure that all subcontractor work complies with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Assist in the selection and evaluation of new subcontractors.

Experience Required:

5-10 years of experience and above

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree and above
Preferred Skills:

Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Thorough understanding of subcontracting processes and industry standards.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:

Candidates with a track record of managing subcontractors in large-scale projects will be given preference.
Willingness to relocate to Botswana if currently residing elsewhere.
