Strategy & Operations Associate / Manager
Job Description:
Performance analysis (ability to analyze data and keep track) ; working on internal reports for the
purpose of cross departmental communication
Establish efficient cross-departmental communication systems and reporting templates
Prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders (Retail partners/ shareholders)
Work on company wide systems and procedures
Create company wide procedures ( able to break down processes into steps and allocate
ownership)
Assist in setting budgets and sales targets
Ability to understand contracts
Support CEO in identifying and executing growth opportunities (new markets, partnerships, retail
expansions).
Manage relationships with large BTB orders. Consolidate large BTB orders.
Project management
Improve internal tracking of KPIs and streamline reporting cadence.

6 years’ experience in management consulting, strategy, or operations (PWC/ BC)

• MBA graduate preferred but not necessary
• Strong business and financial acumen; confident managing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — clarity, diplomacy, and discretion.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable; thrives in fast-moving creative environments.
