Role Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing complete showroom/store operations in the furniture segment. The candidate must have prior furniture industry experience and proven working exposure in African markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations and sales performance

Manage furniture inventory, stock rotation, and display planning

Drive showroom sales targets and customer experience

Supervise and lead sales team and warehouse/store staff

Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation

Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse/logistics

Maintain store profitability and control operational costs

Handle customer complaints and after-sales service coordination

Requirements:

Proven experience in Furniture Industry (Mandatory)

Prior working experience in African market (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of furniture retail operations

Experience in inventory control and showroom management

Strong leadership and sales management skills

Ability to manage store P&L
