Monitoring and controlling of all materials in transit
Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, inspection and dispatch of goods, prepared sea shipments
tracking report maintains organized record and data for effective storage control.
Designed improved or Plan warehouse layout and space requirements for loading and unloading the
containers in a safety manner procedures and trained staff to minimize product damage & loss and
damage reports as needed.

Analyze, prepare, and execute quarterly review of inventory, mid-year, and annual physical inventory
count and write-off recommendation to ensure inventory control.
Check requisitions & voucher, invoices and sign off orders for issue, delivery and dispatch, returning,
purchasing and ensure records of materials received and issued are maintained.
Review of Material requisitions received for completeness of specifications, segregation into fixed
assets, consumables, spares, project materials.
Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Develop and implement warehouse handling safety and cleaning procedures in order to provide a safe,
secure, and clean working environment, to be aware of and to follow all safety guidelines.
