• Advising of Export LC.
• Scrutiny of the Buyers credit documents
• Conducting session for new joinees about Basics of trade finance
• Scrutiny of the Export dispatches and non-dispatches documents received and crediting to client account.
• Scrutiny of the Import dispatches and non-dispatches documents received and crediting to client account.
• Scrutiny of the Inward remittance documents received and crediting to client account.
• Issuance of FIR certificates, GR waiver certificates and FIR letters.
• Compliance 1st level checking of the of the Export and Import documents.
• Intimating to clients about outstanding BOE tracers.
• Accountable to process operational activity within TAT.
• Taking care of all queries related to IDPMS & EDPMS.
• Checking for Nostro credits and publishing the file.
• Reconciliation of Nostro credits on daily basis.
• Reconciliation of Internal accounts on daily basis.
• Scrutinizing the Export transactions and booking of M-Bills.
• Extending support to external Auditors for smoother closure of auditing process in trade finance.
• Taking care of all queries of BOE Acknowledgment
• Processing CBC charges
• Publishing monthly report

Min 3 years experience

• Knowledge on General Banking &Trade activities
• Able to handle customer as well as business queries related to trade and other banking operations.
• Basic checking of Trade documents for Outward Remittance, Buyers credit, Import& Export documents
• Knowledge on GR Waiver
• Handling customer queries on trade /explaining about regulatory requirements
