As the Sr. Merchandising & Procurement Manager, your role is to procure assigned supplies to our manufacturing and services globally. You will seek worldwide suppliers that meet the right specs determined by the company, working with the approved price point to negotiate prices for the company’s budgetary parameters and the logistics arrangements to the destinations of our operations. You shall be responsible for supervising a team of assistants under you for quality inspection and supervising the delivery of the merchandising strategy of the company including global supplies required for all our manufacturing facilities and regular supplies to them to maintain the required inventory levels. Working closely with the procurement officers at our facilities will be fundamental to upkeeping an efficient regular supply systems to estimate and quantify all material required and te inventory levels at all times. You shall determine the sources of suppliers and negotiate all prices for company.

• Take full ownership of marketing operations overall procurement

requirements from sampling to shipment & beyond for all the product lines;
Seek suppliers worldwide to negotiate the best value for the company’s
operations;
Develop monthly & quarterly business insights and drive decisions to optimize site performance;
Analyze competitor products and constantly update HQ for future product development;
Constantly checking delivery statuses for all items and monitor the franchisee requirements to give fully supports of stocking products and logistic process;
Checking sales and stock situation of all coffee sales outlets on a daily basis and ensure transfers among boutiques in order to maximize sales;
Liaise and build strong collaborations with Sales Team, Franchise Team and others external parties;

7+ years of merchandising and experience in procurement or supply chain operations in FMCG company or category management experience in retail industry;
Proven track record of successful project management in a fast-paced environment with end-to-end responsibility;
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data: identifying data gaps, interpret data and draw operational conclusions;
Ability to motivate others and lead project teams without direct reporting line;
Good understanding of use of ERP;
High level of communication and interpersonal skills in order to positive influence others to achieve objectives;
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi- task in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to analyze & synthesize information and recommend actions.
