Key responsibilities
Develop and improve on the product construct of the Inward International Remittance product for Fino Payments Bank
- To be adept with latest RBI/FEMA, RDA & MTSS guidelines for efficient product and process design related to International Remittance product
- To understand the contours of operations under compliance for AD2 licence holder for Inward International Remittance
- Tie up with new partners for driving volume, transactions and fee servicing
- Relationship maintenance of existing B2B partners to drive increase in business
Desired candidate profile
- Ownership for driving overall product P&L and optimisation of the P&L by controlling costs and improving product margin
- Enabling the inward international remittance across Fino Payments Bank channel by spearheading discussions with individual channel heads
- Driving & achieving targeted transactions, fee income & volume of Inward International Remittance product
- Identify, design & implement campaigns for improving conversions for the channel
- Designing channel marketing and communication initiatives to improve the frequency of the transactions
- Interdepartmental liasoning of Risk & Compliance, Central Operations, Channel and Marketing teams for driving product efficiently
- Responsible for designing customer engagement strategies
