Job requirements:

1. Leading the field audit initiative as per Annual Audit plan

1. Managing a team of field auditors spread across different zones within the country

1. Preparing field audit plan on a monthly basis

1. Conducting back-end audit of various channels through use of audit analytics

1. Reviewing branch/ BC Banking/ Merchant audit reports

1. Consolidating and sharing important observations on a monthly basis

1. Co-coordinating with different stakeholders for closure of audit points

1. Preparing MOM and ATR of management committee meeting on a monthly basis

1. Conducting IS/IT and Outsourced audit with the help of external auditors

1. Reviewing auditors schedule on a monthly basis

1. Administrative management of the field staff.

1. Preparing presentations for monthly management committee and Audit Committee of Board

1. Review of field audit checklist at regular interval

1. Assist in periodic regulatory drills as planned by the top management

1. Such other initiatives as directed by Head Internal Audit

JD for Senior Manager(Lead field audit)

Qualifications:

1. Any graduate

1. Atleast 3 to 4 year experience in an Audit department of any financial institution.

Skills:

1. Strong communication skills both written & verbal.

1. Excel/ PPT skills should be good.

1. Knowledge of branch banking
