Driving timely implementation on regulatory changes across various points viz. product program, process notes, system development etc.;

• Timely advise /guidance on Regulatory and Compliance aspects to business.

• Engaging with regulatory authorities to facilitate discussions and/or seek specific guidance on critical matters e.g. regulatory observations and non-conformances noted, representations on challenges faced by business in implementation of regulatory guidelines, committee level representations to review new regulatory policies

Experience – 8- 10 years (4-5 years in Compliance role)
Sr Manager/AVP depending on the experience and skill sets

• Driving an effective compliance management program through formulation of relevant policies

• Updating senior management, Board/ Board Committee on critical matters from compliance standpoint;

• Performing Compliance risk assessment and testing

• Facilitating training sessions on key compliance and regulatory matters;

• Handling any other tasks/ projects as assigned by line management.

• Experienced in handling RBI/UIDAI/SEBI/IRDA

• dealing with product compliance matters ( review, approval)

• Dealing with Annual financial inspection ( AFI ) by regulators

• Handling matters related to compliance testing, annual compliance risk assessment

• championing RBI regulatory matters ie expert knowledge of RBI regulations on CASA, Liability products, money transfer, Business correspondent, Financial inclusion, Aadhar based payments, VKYC etc.

Experience – 8- 10 years (4-5 years in Compliance role)

• Will lead the team for Regulatory discussion and approval process under different committees and Board

• Dealing with strategic projects from regulations perspective
