Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage the core MPLS network infrastructure.
Design, implement, and manage the SDWAN network infrastructure.
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of the network, including FTTH, FTTB, and WiFi services.
Manage interconnects with other operators and ensure seamless integration and interoperability.
Provide 3rd and 4th level support for all network-related issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
Utilize open-source systems and tools to optimize network management and service delivery.
Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation and procedures.
Mentor and guide junior network engineers, providing technical leadership and support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internet service provision, with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex core MPLS and SDWAN networks. The role also requires proficiency with open-source systems tailored for internet service providers. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our network services and will provide 3rd and 4th level support for all network-related issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a senior network engineer, with a focus on core SDWAN and MPLS networks and internet service provision.
Extensive experience with SDWAN, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and other core networking protocols.
Proficiency with open-source systems and tools for internet service providers.
Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Proven ability to design and implement scalable and reliable network solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
One of CCIE, HCIE or JNCIE is mandatory.
