Key responsibilities
Overall responsibility of the project.
Execution the project within the schedule coordinating with clients and PMC.
Preparation of Client Bills
Weekly Sub contractors Bill checking and certification.
Preparing monthly fund projection for the projects.
Preparation of fortnightly JCR reports, Material requirements.
Preparing monthly material reconciliation statement.
Coordinating with various departments (Design, Procurements, QA/QC, MEP, Accounts) for
smooth flow of Project as per scheduled timeline and Quality.
Mobilization of Men and Materials, Machineries, vendors and suppliers.
Allocating responsibilities to Sub ordinates, monitoring the progress and Quality of the
project.
Desired candidate profile
In charge of managing numerous projects.
10+ years exoerience in managing mega construciton projects that are EPC IN NATURE
Must have executed mega housing development projects of 10,000 houses and more
