We are a corporate finance team based in the Cayman Islands that source, structure, and arrange capital for real estate developers and businesses in the Cayman Islands.
The role is a Senior Associate role which means the individual is expected to hit the ground running with a level of experience such that the deal team leader (Director) can send a prospect to the Senior Associate and the Senior Associate will be able to perform analysis independently to recommend an appropriate structure.
After the structure is accepted, the Senior Asssociate, with support from the Associate team, needs to be able to prepare pitch decks to the highest industry standards, prepare credit analysis that will be provided to banks and/or investors, and perform detailed company analysis.
The Senior Associate should understand what is normal for various transactions based on their industry experience. There will be a learning curve while the Senior Associate learns the norms in the Cayman Islands, which is to be expected.
The individual cannot have another job. This is a full time role. If the individual is determined to be working another role, it will result in immediate termination.
Long hours and tight deadlines are a part of the job when we have deals on the go. On the other hand, there will be periods of normal and more relaxed work hours where the individual will work on planning and other strategic business tasks.

Looking for a credit analyst on the deal team
Senior Associate to join their corporate finance team.
The individual must have a business degree and be a CFA Charter holder.
They must have a minimum 5 years working experience post business degree in Commercial or Wholesale banking, investment banking (on the debt capital markets or equity capital markets side, not M&A), or alternatively 5 years working experience in Private Equity.
Candidate must be willing to work to accommodate Eastern Standard Time hours. (Indian time 2pm to 11pm, Monday to Friday)
They must be very proficient / fluent in English and score a 7.5 (C2) on the IELTS.
