o Bachelor in accountancy; Master’s degree is a plus.

o Minimum experience: Five years senior accountant or chief accountant in a reputable retail company.

 Managing journal entries and ensure proper general ledger entries in support of monthly
closings (provisions, accruals etc).
 Developing bank reconciliations, intra-company reconciliations, and other month-end
general ledger reconciliations (balance sheet recon).
 Debit and Creditors ledger maintain.
 Handling import document process from opening FORM M, Co-coordinating with bank for
PAAR, Duty charges, handing over shipping documents and follow up on payments of
clearing charges to shipping agent.
 Follow up with bank for clearing of supplier payments against submitted bills within
stipulated time.
 Monthly vat preparation and submitting to tax department within stipulated time.
 Co-coordinating with Auditors by submitting all required documents for yearly audit
process.
