Role Summary

Responsible for leading the Center for Special Education, managing special educators, planning individualized learning programs, and ensuring high-quality services for children with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Special Education Center’s operations and staff.

Design, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Ensure early identification, assessment, and intervention for children with learning and developmental needs.

Supervise special educators, therapists, counselors, and support staff.

Train and guide the team on best practices in special education.

Build strong relationships with parents; conduct case reviews and progress updates.

Maintain documentation, reporting, compliance, and quality standards.

Plan workshops, awareness programs, and community outreach initiatives.

Coordinate with external specialists when required.

Qualified Special Educator with relevant certifications/degrees.

Minimum 5 years’ leadership experience managing a Special Education center or inclusive education division.

Strong knowledge of special needs, therapy interventions, IEP creation, and child development.

Excellent communication, empathy, and team management skills.

Age below 50 years.

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
