Job description : Automotive Parts Sales Executive
To implement sales strategies for Parts and promote the brand image of XXX in order to increase market share and parts sales.
Will deliver excellent performance in managing the business concerning parts in the designated sales territory. Looking for an experienced, hardworking, energetic individual to manage parts business in the designated sales territory. This person must be experienced in auto parts sales, detail oriented, a problem solver with superior customer service and sales skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of working in an active environment and be able to implement new idea to better distribute/sell parts to our customers.

Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge in automobile spare parts, preferably Nissan, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Hyundai/Kia
Managing and achieving sales target and market goal
Developing customer base and sales volumes in his designated area
Visit all assigned customers on regular basis
Collect market feedback/intelligence
Follow up on-time payment
To tap new & potential customers
Maintain proper records for customer’s order vs supply status
Coordination with customer and logistics team and ensuring proper documentation
Submit weekly and monthly report

Assist colleagues and foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration
Contribute to the company’s development by providing timely suggestions and feedback
To implement sales and marketing plan
To enforce and monitor guidelines for maximum customer satisfaction
To handles customer complaints immediately and according to the Company’s guidelines

Salary
Monthly salary between USD2,000 to UAD2,500 depending on experience
Incentive based on achievements of agreed target and Company’s incentive scheme
