• Writing and implementing efficient code
• Testing and evaluating new programs
• Identifying areas for modification in existing

programs and subsequently developing these
modifications

• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Working closely with other developers, UX

designers, business and systems analysts

• Clearly and regularly communicate with

management and technical support colleagues

• Design and update software database. This

includes, but is not limited to: Software
Applications, Web Sites, Data Communication
Processes and User Interfaces

• Test, maintain and recommend software

improvements to ensure strong functionality
and optimization

• Make good technical decisions that provide

solutions to business challenges.

• Possess up-to-date knowledge of

technological developments in the industry

• Provide a good quality of programming.

standard of work and work ethic.
Provide clear direction, prioritize
tasks, assign and delegate
responsibility and monitor the
workflow of the Staffing Services
Section.
Provide coaching and feedback to
team members.

• Plan, manage and review

individual performance and
provide regular feedback,
developing opportunities and
coaching, taking prompt action
where necessary.

• Perform any other assignment

from the line Manager or his
designee.
