Strong hands-on experience in full-stack web application development.
 Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Node.js,
Express.js, or NestJS.
 Strong frontend experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
 Experience in REST APIs, microservices, service-oriented architecture, and
asynchronous processing.
 Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL,
Oracle, or SQL Server.
 Familiarity with NoSQL databases, caching technologies, search engines,
message brokers, and object storage.
 Experience with Linux, Nginx or Apache, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
tools.
 Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, private cloud, or on-
premises deployment.
 Understanding of load balancers, firewalls, web application firewalls, CDN,
SSL/TLS, DNS, and network security.
 Knowledge of monitoring, logging, observability, backup, and disaster-
recovery practices.
 Strong understanding of secure coding, OWASP guidelines, authentication,
authorisation, encryption, API security, and vulnerability management.

Qualifications and Experience
 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
 Approximately 10 years of professional experience in software
development, architecture, deployment, and maintenance.
 Demonstrated experience in architecting medium-to-large web-based
software platforms.
 Experience in designing secure public portals, citizen-service platforms,
enterprise applications, or other internet-facing systems.
 Proven experience in leading or technically guiding multidisciplinary software
development teams.

 Experience in production deployment, system integration, security review,
performance optimisation, and application support.
