Summary: The Site Supervisor will oversee and manage on-site activities for
interior finishing projects. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that
projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of
quality. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in construction and interior
finishing, with a strong ability to lead and coordinate a team.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities to ensure project timelines and

quality standards are met.

• Monitor and manage the performance of subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the on-site team.
• Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and

craftsmanship.

Qualifications:
Educational:

• • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related

field.

• Additional certifications in construction safety or project management are a plus.

Practical:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction or interior finishing

industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
