Role Overview:
The Site Director is responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational
excellence at a business site. This includes strategic planning, optimizing operational efficiency,
ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing financial performance to support the company’s
long-term success.
Site Overview

• Scope of the manufacturing facility (Solid , Ceph , Soft Gelatin & Biologics ( Insulin & Animal

Health Vaccine)

• Almost 700 employees.
• Ongoing or upcoming projects (API and Penum & Human Vaccine).

• Expansions to meet the market needs and having FDA approval.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute site strategies aligned with EVA Pharma’s business objectives.
o Foster leadership development and effective decision-making.
B. Operations & General Management:
o Oversee production, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
o Implement Lean Management principles to optimize efficiency.
o Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with audit standards.
o Manage site expansion, construction, and maintenance projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Qualifications:

o Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences (required).
o Fluency in English is required.

• Experience:

o Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in pharmaceuticals or manufacturing ,
At least 5 years in a senior management position within the pharmaceutical
industry.
o Proven track record in building and expanding new businesses.
