Develop cost-effective design solutions and prepare drawings, schedules and documents to support the construction phase. Produce structural analysis calculations or inspection and assessment for bridge or highway
retaining wall structures. Record and monitor costs during the design and construction process and report on the budget position.
Provide site supervision during the construction phase of a project and effectively address any matters that arise.
Provide workplace mentoring and guidance to less experienced members of staff to ensure they are able to develop the necessary skills to deliver in their role.

Qualification: Experience in Construction site preferably in Roads & Infrastructures.
Requirements
Recognized vocational qualification in civil and/or structural engineering plus several years of civil
Experience: Minimum 5 years
and/or structural engineering experience Analytical skills and problem solving capability
Nature of business: Roads & Infrastructures
Ability to informally train and mentor less experienced staff Ability to influence others based on technical or professional expertise
Ability to work in a team and to build and maintain effective working relationships
