The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant during
their shift. They are responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly, customers are
satisfied, and employees are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all staff during their shift, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and

performing their duties to the highest standard.

• Ensure that all food is prepared, cooked, and served to the highest standards of quality and safety,

in accordance with Hut's recipes and standards.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with their dining

experience and that their needs are met promptly.

• Ensure that the restaurant is properly staffed and that schedules are created and maintained to

meet operational needs.

• Manage inventory and supplies, ordering and receiving deliveries as needed.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, complying with all health and safety regulations and

procedures.

• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant or

hospitality industry.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage employees and work effectively under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
