Key responsibilities
- Shift Production Supervisor (SPS) shall oversee our PVC/PE Pipes Extrusion and Injection shift production operations and guarantee that manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
- Strictly follow established Company Production Procedures and instructions given by Production Manager (PM)
- SPS shall ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality at target output and on time schedule
- Complete set daily objectives and communicate them to employees
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities to Machine Operators (MO) as per production schedules
- Oversee and coach Machine Operators and ensure the safe use of equipment
- Check production output/ product quality according to specifications
- Report on shift performance to Production Manager
- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- SPS shall work on Shift basis
Desired candidate profile
- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role in plastic pipes extrusion
- High School, Post Graduate Degree in plastics of advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operation of various extrusion machinery
- Skills in using MS Office
- Organizational and leadership abilities
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven approach, problem-solving skills
