Key responsibilities
Responsibilities
Perform daily maintenance checks on injection moulding machines and service equipment.
Diagnose and repair faults (barrel heaters, pumps, motors, valves, sensors, transducers).
Replace faulty components (motors, circuit breakers, seals, tie bars, toggles).
Conduct lubrication, linear bearing inspections, and planned maintenance.
Reduce machinery downtime and attend promptly to breakdowns.
Maintain cooling towers, chillers, compressors, and water systems.
Record reports, ensure shift handovers, and train staff.
Uphold housekeeping, safety, and plant efficiency.
Desired candidate profile
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance of injection moulding machines.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work shifts (day/night rotation).
Knowledge of health and safety practices.
