Key responsibilities
Follow and maintain all policies procedure work instructions and forms, including mould
work orders and preventive maintenance documents.
- Disassembly and assembly of moulds to repair and perform preventive maintenance.
- Ensure moulds are in proper mechanical working order.
- Diagnose problem and determine corrective action.
- Examine moulding parts and mould to determine feasibility of modifications.
- Modify and/or adjust mould for processing engineering functionality purpose.
- Welding, Polishing, Drilling, Grinding, Turning, machining and fitting.
- Electrical repair including hot runner manifold cables, limit switches etc.,
- Prepare Hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders.
