We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Truck Technician with specific experience in Scania Trucks to join our team in Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced maintenance, repair, and diagnostic tasks on Scania Trucks, as well as providing guidance and support to junior technicians.

Conduct advanced diagnostic tests to identify and troubleshoot complex problems in Scania Trucks
Perform major repairs and maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems in Scania Trucks
Provide guidance and support to junior technicians in diagnosing and repairing Scania Trucks
Follow maintenance schedules and complete work orders accurately and on time
Keep up-to-date with advances in truck technology and participate in training sessions as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area and keep tools and equipment in good condition
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding repair and maintenance tasks
Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 10 years of experience as a Truck Technician, with specific experience in Scania Trucks
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Proficient with diagnostic tools and software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary
Valid driver's license and ability to drive Scania Trucks
