Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
• Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and design reports.
• Design structures in accordance with applicable international standards and codes.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and engineering deliverables for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and other engineering teams.
• Conduct structural assessments, modifications, and strengthening works where required.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on technical matters.
• Ensure designs meet project requirements, safety standards, quality requirements, and agreed timelines.
• Participate in site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting of structural issues.
• Support project planning, estimation, technical proposals, and engineering documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead and execute structural engineering and design activities for various projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural analysis, design, detailing, and project coordination, with the ability to independently handle complex engineering assignments.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering.10+ years of relevant structural engineering experience.Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.Experience with steel structures, RCC structures, foundations, industrial structures, and/or infrastructure projects.Proficiency in software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, Tekla, AutoCAD, or equivalent.Good knowledge of relevant IS, BS, Eurocode, AISC, or other international standards.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams is preferred.
