Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review structural design drawings, layouts, fabrication drawings, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Develop structural models and detailed drawings for steel and/or reinforced concrete structures.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, MEP teams, fabrication teams, and project managers.
• Review engineering calculations and ensure drawings accurately reflect approved designs.
• Prepare GA drawings, shop drawings, connection details, sections, elevations, and material/BOM details.
• Ensure designs and drawings comply with applicable international and local standards/codes.
• Identify design clashes, discrepancies, and constructability issues and coordinate necessary revisions.
• Review drawings prepared by junior designers and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and site teams when required.
• Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines and meet required quality standards.
• Maintain proper documentation and revision control of design deliverables.

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Designer to develop detailed structural designs, drawings, and engineering documentation for industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural detailing, design software, and coordination with engineers and project teams.Required QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.Typically 6–10+ years of experience in structural design/drafting, preferably in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or EPC projects.Strong knowledge of structural steel and/or reinforced concrete structures.Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Tekla Structures, Revit, STAAD.Pro, or similar structural design/drafting tools.Good understanding of structural drawings, detailing practices, and engineering standards.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination skills.
