Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage road construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Lead project planning sessions and coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with FIDIC and GCC contract terms and conditions.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and other team members.

Experience Required:

Minimum of 5 years of experience, with a priority given to candidates with overseas road and bridge project experience.
Must have independently led at least 2 complete projects.
Familiarity with FIDIC and GCC contracts.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
Additional Information:

Candidates with a track record of successfully managing large-scale road projects will be given preference.
Willingness to relocate to Botswana if currently residing elsewhere.
