Key responsibilities
Responsibilities
Assist in plan design, software, and production support.
Have knowledge of Local Settlement systems such as RTGS, NEFT, CCIL applications, CTS etc.
Diagnose and resolve Application issues.
Assist in developing operating, upgrade procedures for communication systems, storage and software.
Assist in documenting and support IT operations.
Desired candidate profile
Professional Qualifications and Core Competencies:
Minimum 5-6 years full time professional experience supporting the following: production support and IT operations.
Overall experience of 6-7 years
Experience in Databases such as MSSQL, Oracle, etc. a plus
Knowledge of Windows Server 2012R2 Standard and professional– Windows 2019 Datacenter, VMWare vCenter, EMC, PowerEdge server, or other forms of Hyperconverged environments and understanding of Hypervisors
Experience with packaged solutions such as Microsoft InTune and VMWare Workspace ONE
Strong ability to troubleshoot Lotus®notes / Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online email deliverability issues, anti-spam solutions
Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills and follow-through
Ability to work off-hours /night shift as needed for IT projects
Ability to keep up to date with the latest tech innovations
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Capable of training support or Help Desk staff on new technologies implemented
Education & Additional Qualifications:
Graduate in Computer science (Degree / Diploma)
MBA / Certification in IT will be preferred
