We are looking for a senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant who can lead the implementation of Odoo ERP across all business departments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Odoo ERP, coupled with a thorough understanding of business functions and processes across various departments such as accounts, logistics, and operations. This individual will bridge the technical and functional aspects of ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Odoo ERP Implementation:

Oversee and manage the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP across all departments.
Tailor ERP modules to meet departmental needs, ensuring functionality aligns with business requirements.
Provide technical expertise in customizing and configuring Odoo ERP to meet organizational goals.
Business Process Understanding:

Demonstrate a clear understanding of departmental operations, including accounts, logistics, and other functional areas.
Guide the implementation of ERP modules based on business-specific needs (e.g., understanding credit, debit, and financial processes for the accounts department or logistics workflows for supply chain operations).
Act as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment between technical configurations and business functionality.
Cross-Department Collaboration:

Work closely with departmental heads to gather requirements and define ERP workflows.
Provide training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system by users across various departments.
Technical Expertise:

Lead ERP technical setup, integration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations.
Optimize Odoo ERP modules for scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for Odoo ERP implementations.
