Principal Responsibilities:
 The candidate is expected to strategize, develop and execute Automations solution and facilitate the development
of the right future-state architecture and ensure its effective adoption.
 The candidate will work in a collaborative manner with his team which is focused on piloting, designing, developing
and deploying BOTs for automating workflows in all streams of the business.
 This role will require the person to establish the unit as a Practice Lead for Automation & Digital Transformation with
business focus to generate revenue and responsible for P & L.
 Own the implementation of Automation technology based on business requirements and IT strategies, as well as to
rectify gaps and pain points within the current state
 Analyzes the current business environment to detect critical process deficiencies and recommend solutions for
improvements
 Deep expertise in at least one of market leading RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, PEGA
OpenSpan, UI Path and deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
 Plan, estimate and implement solution to automate repeatable processes using Automation tools across business
processes and functions that span multiple environments.
 Managing the Automation COE focused on running and maintain existing automation assets in bank, identify
opportunities and pilot modern solutions to use information to improve the performance of the business.
 Developing the bank’s strategy to exploit automation technology to drive improvements in business performance.
 Be a change agent promoting an automation culture across the bank
 Work through business unit leaders and IT Leadership team to define, design, configure, test, deploy and integration
of new, modified and/or enhanced automations.
 Accountable for building the team of automation professionals.
 Must comply with security and risk protocols as directed by IT policy and procedures.
 Supports automation opportunity identification and assessment activities.
 Creates and maintains process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to supportdevelopment, project management and training.
 As a Process Change Expert, will be required to understand automation requirements from business teams and work
closely with operations to plan automation projects.
 He will be responsible for supporting process review and assessing the qualification of an opportunity for
Automation implementation.
 Facilitate agile methodology implementation in the delivery of the RPA solution.

10 years of experience in business process automation - Good
knowledge and experience in low code automation tools
 Financial services experiences in Retail, SME and Corporate banking
 Experience in process analysis, functional design, value

assessment and project planning
 Hands-on experience automation tools such as RPA
(Automation Anywhere, UIPATH),
 Deep passion for hyper-automation and proven track record in
implementation with continuous innovation and evolution of
products and services in this area, often acting as solution
architect for the team with clear vision and view of products
can be designed for reusability.
 Knowledge of change management tools (agile, JIRA, Visio,
process mapping tools)
 Experience on Scrum, Agile & Waterfall methodologies
 Experience in process analysis, functional design, value assessment and project planning
